- An
overline cell in the Addon Amount column
displays the sum of the
addon amounts from each
overline in the
spreadsheet.
- The
overline cell in the
Grand Total column now
displays the sum of the
Total Amounts and Addon
Amounts.
- The
Grand Total Unit Price
overline cell appears if
the overline has a unit
and a manually entered
takeoff quantity.
These new
overline totals are hidden by
default, to maximise spreadsheet
display. To see the overline
totals, mark the option to
display them in the spreadsheet
tab of the Precision Options
window (edit menu).
View
pass audit information
The
Review Pass Audit window lets
you view pass information both
during and after takeoff. This
read-only interface displays
information such as Dimension
Quantities, Location, WBS, and
Notes. The information is
dynamically updated and will
reflect the information in the
currently loaded assembly.
Export
to PDF
You
can export any report to a .PDF
file, which can be read by
anyone with Adobe Acrobat Reader
(available free from www.adobe.com).
This feature gives you the
ability to distribute reports by
email. The PDF option preserves
all of the report's formatting
and is available during the
normal process of saving a
report to file. For more
information see the Help topic
"Saving a report as a
file".
Percent
of Total column
This
new column in the spreadsheet
lets you quickly assess the
impact of each item, phase or
overline on the estimate total.
Addon
Detail Window
This
display-only window lists all
allocatable addons in the
estimate. For each addon, it
shows how much it contributes to
the total addon amount of the
selected cells in the
spreadsheet. To open the window
from spreadsheet, select one of
more cells in a column and
choose Display Addon Detail from
the shortcut menu. The command
is only available when the
estimate includes allocatable
addons.
Hover
tip for assembly list
In Review Assemblies, now
you can click an assembly to see
the date and time the assembly
was generated or last changed,
the assembly location, the WBS
value, and the first 70
characters of the assembly note.
This feature is useful for
distinguishing between different
instances of the same assembly
on the assembly list.
Subtotal

You can now enter and modify
subtotal descriptions in the
Totals window. Simply enter the
information ( up to 30
characters) in the Description
