The key to estimate control is organization. Explorer eliminates time-intensive searches by automatically creating an up-to-date master list and description of every Sage Timberline Estimate in your system. Within seconds you can sort your estimates by estimator, bid date, estimate number or a variety of other criteria to locate an estimate. Once you do, you're just one click away from the estimate's spreadsheet.
Explorer's file management tools don't end there. The software's ability to compress finished estimates into a zip-compatible format lets you save disk space, so you can continue to store all estimates - both new and old, in a convenient location. You can even attach your database files to archived bids so you have all the details when you reopen the estimates at a later date.
Inside Explorer you'll also find a built-in calendar to help you keep track of your bid schedules. You can log important bid events, such as bid dates, pre-bid meetings, and site inspections. Then check your schedule any time of let the calendar's alarm notify you of important events. Either way you'll keep on top of things.
